摘要
针对钻井工程对电磁随钻测量仪器的使用需求,设计了基于双核单片机的地面信号接收系统,用于微弱电磁信号的接收、放大、滤波及采样,PC端处理软件获取系统的采样数据后用于解码井下测量参数。地面接收系统由双核单片机的协处理器进行中断管理,主CPU运行操作系统和处理通信指令,通过提高单片机的总线时钟频率,对采样周期实现精确控制,用于解码的实际信号与标准正弦信号具有极高的相关系数,可完成长达124位电磁信号的解码,系统工作稳定可靠。
Aimed at the usage requirements of EM-MWD in drilling engineering,the surface signal receiving system based on dual-core MCU was designed,which can receive,amplify,filter and sample the weak electromagnetic signals. And the processing software got sampled data to decode the parameters measured downhole. The system managed the interrupts by the coprocessor of dual-core MCU,while the main CPU run the operating system and processed communication instructions. By increasing the bus clock frequency and achieving precise control of the sampling period,the actual signal used for decoding had a very high correlation coefficient with the standard sinusoidal signal,and the processing software could decode electromagnetic signals up to 124 bits. Experiments showed that the system worked stably and reliably.
