摘要
建筑物遭受火灾作用后,结构构件会呈现出不同程度的损伤和变形,因此,为了给后期的加固设计提供准确的数据,需要对受火建筑进行全面的火灾后结构安全性检测鉴定。论文以某工厂仓库为例,介绍火灾后钢筋混凝土框架结构安全鉴定的详细流程,包括初步鉴定和详细鉴定两部分。现场调查分析了火灾后结构的受损情况,并对构件表面的过火温度进行了推定,并进一步对受损构件混凝土强度、钢筋力学性能、构件变形进行了检测。在此基础上,对火灾后结构的承载能力进行了验算校核,模型中考虑构件材料强度的折减,最终对该仓库火灾后结构的安全等级进行了评定,并在此基础上确定合理的加固处理建议。
After the building is subjected to fire,the structural element exhibited different degrees of damage and deformation.Therefore,in order to provide accurate data for the later reinforcement design,a comprehensive post-fire structural safety inspection and identification of the fired structure is required.This papertook a factory warehouse as an example to introduce the detailed process of safety identification of reinforced concrete frame structure after fire,including preliminary identification and detailed identification.The site investigation analyzed the damage of the structure after the fire,and estimated the over-fire temperature on the surface of the component,and further tested the concrete strength of the damaged component,the mechanical properties of the steel bar,and the deformation of the component.Based on the above results,the bearing capacity of the structure after fire was checked and verified.The model has considered the reduction of the material strength for the component.Finally the safety level of the factory warehouse after the fire has been evaluated,and a reasonable reinforcement plan would be given.
