输电铁塔力学性能监测系统设计

摘要 输电铁塔作为生命线工程中重要的一部分,其特点是柔性强和对风作用敏感。目前,我国电网输电铁塔的安全防护,主要依靠人工、直升机/无人机巡检以及基于倾角传感器的倾斜监测和基于卫星技术的形变监测。力学性能监测是对安全防护传统监测手段的重要补充。在物联网、大数据等技术发展的背景下,针对福建某ZM31-24猫头型直线塔从测点布置、现场安装以及供电三方面进行设计。此外,还对监测系统在运行过程中常见的相关问题进行分析并提出相应预防及处理建议。 As an important part of lifeline engineering,transmission towers are characterized by their flexibility and sensitivity to wind.At present,the security protection of transmission towers in China's power grids mainly depends on manual,helicopter/drone inspections,oblique monitoring based on inclination sensors,and tower deformation monitoring based on satellite technology.Mechanical condition monitoring is an important supplement to traditional monitoring methods for safety protection.In the context of technological developments such as the Internet of Things and big data,a ZM31-24 cat-headed linear tower monitoring systeminFujian was designed from the aspects of measurement point layout,field installation and power supply.In addition,it also analyzes common related problems during the operation of the monitoring system and proposes corresponding prevention and treatment suggestions.
