花岗岩机制砂混凝土外观质量影响因素研究

Study on Factors Affecting Appearance Quality of Granite ManufacturedSand Concrete

对花岗岩机制砂混凝土外观的研究目前主要集中在施工工艺控制上,研究结果偏向于定性判断,对于众多因素实际影响程度,并没有明确的说明。论文研究基于某高速公路实际使用花岗岩机制砂的情况,通过正交试验的方法,同时探究对强度及外观影响因素,在保证较高强度的情况下,对花岗岩机制砂混凝土影响因素水平进行分析,研究不同因素水平对外观影响的效应程度,为类似工程提供使用经验。

The research on the appearance is mainly focused on the construction process control.The research results are biased towards qualitative judgment.The actual impact degree of many factors is not clearly explained.In this paper,based on the actual use of granite sand in a highway,the orthogonal test method is used to simultaneously explore the factors affecting the strength and appearance.Under the condition of ensuring higher strength,the influencing factors of granite sand concrete are analyzed;study the effect of different factors on the appearance of the effectand provide experience for similar projects.
