摘要 市场竞争加速,企业要想在竞争中立于不败之地,“创新”成为关键。“创新”不仅指企业依靠研发部门加速产品创新迎接市场挑战,管理创新也是其重要构成部分。基于中小型企业无雄厚资金展开产品创新、研发的考量,以企业内部的管理创新为抓手,以A企业为例,通过对其生产现场存在问题分析,运用生产现场的5S、目视、定置管理及作业工序的流程重组等精益管理思想、方法、手段,优化其生产现场管理水平,促使A企业实现降本增效的目标。 The market competition is accelerating,and"innovation"is the key if an enterprise wants to remain invincible in the competition."Innovation"not only means that enterprises rely on R&D to accelerate product innovation to meet market challenges,but also refers to the management innovation.Because the small and medium-sized enterprises do not have sufficient funds to carry out excessive product innovation and R&D,the internal management innovation can be the key.In enterprise A,for example,through the analysis of the problems in the production site,the lean management ideas,methods,and means such as 5S,visual,fixed management,and process reorganization of the operation process on the production site are used to optimize the management level of the production site,in order to promote the enterprise to achieve efficiency goal.
