乡村振兴视域下的农村基层党组织建设研究

The Research on the Construction of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations from the Perspective of the Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴战略与农村基层党组织建设紧密相连。在全面贯彻并实施乡村振兴战略的背景下,如何抓住农村振兴关键问题并提出解决方案,从而进一步提升农村基层党组织的号召力、动员力成为亟需解决的问题。文章基于对国家一号文件的理解,指出在乡村振兴战略的大背景下,对农村基层党组织建设的要求;其次,明确农村基层党组织面临的困境及问题;最后针对上述问题提出相应的解决对策及实施路径。

The rural revitalization strategy is closely linked to the construction of rural grassroots party organizations.Under the background of the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the urgent problem that we need to solve is how to seize the key issues of rural revitalization and propose solutions to further enhance the appeal and mobilization of rural grassroots party organizations.Based on the understanding of the National Document No.1,this paper points out the requirements for the construction of rural grassroots party organizations in the context of the rural revitalization strategy.Secondly,it clarifies the predicaments and problems faced by rural grassroots party organizations.Finally,it proposes solutions and implementation path.
