批发零售业发展对安徽省产业结构升级的影响研究

Study on the Impact of Wholesale and Retail Industry Development on Industrial Structure Upgrading in Anhui Province

选取2008—2017年安徽省16个地级市与批发零售业发展相关的样本数据,以全省和区域的回归模型验证批发零售业发展对产业结构升级的影响机制。研究结果表明,安徽省范围内影响批发零售业发展的固定资产投资、政府财政支出、基础设施建设和消费市场潜力对全省产业结构升级具有正向影响作用,皖北和皖东地区批发零售业的政府财政支出以及消费市场潜力对产业结构升级具有显著正向影响,皖中和皖南地区除了消费市场潜力之外,其余变量均在不同水平下显著。该阶段的人力资本对产业结构升级起负向作用。

The paper selects sample data related to wholesale and retail development in 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province in 2008-2017,to verify the mechanism of wholesale and retail development impact on industrial structure upgrade by using provincial and regional regression models.The research results show that fixed-asset investment,government financial expenditure,infrastructure construction and consumption market potential which affect the development of wholesale and retail industry have a positive impact on the upgrading of the province′s industrial structure.The government financial expenditure and consumption market potential of wholesale and retail industry in northern and eastern Anhui have a significant positive impact on the upgrading of industrial structure.Besides the consumption market potential in central Anhui and southern Anhui,other variables are significant at different levels.Although human capital is a significant variable in the three models,it has a negative effect on the upgrading of industrial structure.In this stage,human capital plays a negative role in industrial structure upgrading.
