无患子皂苷超声辅助提取及洗涤性能研究

摘要 建立测定无患子皂苷分光光度法,探讨超声辅助无患子皂苷最佳提取条件,考察无患子皂苷表面张力影响因素和洗涤去污能力。结果表明,在最大吸收波长541nm处,无患子皂苷在5~35μg/mL范围内呈线性,精密度和稳定性良好。超声辅助最佳提取条件为超声功率为100W、温度为40℃、料液比为1∶40、时间为40min。皂苷溶液表面张力表现出良好的浓度、pH、硬度、温度稳定性。无患子皂苷液洗涤能力随浓度的增加而增强,对不同种类染料显示出良好的洗涤能力。 A method of spectrophotometry was established and validated to determine soapberry saponin. The extraction conditions by aided of ultrasound were optimized,and the effect factors of the surface tension and the washing ability were investigated. The results showed that,at the maximum absorption wavelength of 541 nm,Linear relationship was kept in the range 5 ~ 35 μg/m L with good precision and stability. The optimum ultrasonic power was 100 W,temperature was 40 ℃,the ratio of material to liquid was 1 ∶ 40,and the time is 40 min. The surface tension of saponin exhibited good stability for concentration,pH,hardness and temperature. The washing ability of the saponin was enhanced with the increase of concentration. Meanwhile,it showed good washing ability of different kinds of dyes.
