臭氧发生器是污水深度处理过程中为臭氧反应器制备臭氧的重要设备,其运行情况决定了外排污水水质,是污水处理工艺中最重要的设备之一。臭氧发生器(型号CFV-30)投用于2017年7月,制造商为瑞士奥宗尼亚公司,在运行两年过后出现发生器内漏故障,导致其中大量瓷管腐蚀损坏,检维修的停工过程中也使得污水处理厂运行面临一定环保压力。本文通过介绍此次故障的处理方法及分析故障原因,以期对后续类似情况起到借鉴作用。

The ozonator is an important equipment to prepare ozone for the ozonator in the process of advanced sewage treatment.Its operation determines the quality of the discharged sewage,and it is one of the most important equipment in the sewage treatment process.The ozone generator(model cfv-30)was put into operation in July 2017.The manufacturer is Switzerland ozonia company.After two years of operation,the generator internal leakage failure occurred,resulting in a large number of porcelain tube corrosion damage.During the shutdown of inspection and maintenance,the operation of the sewage treatment plant also faces certain environmental protection pressure.This paper introduces the treatment method of the fault and analyzes the cause of the fault,in order to play a reference role for the similar situation in the future.
