成品油公路运输是属于危险品运输中的一部分,随着我国公路道路交通的发展,成品油公路运输的范围与过去相比也有了很大的提升,这就导致现阶段存在很多油车爆炸或者翻车的事故,为了降低事故发生的可能性,国家颁布了相关的条例,对某些操作进行了严格的规范,但是由于道路等问题,成品油公路运输安全管理方面依然存在漏洞。本篇文章通过对成品油公路运输中存在的事故进行阐述,分析成品油公路运输安全生产管理中存在的问题,从而探讨如何加强成品油公路运输方面的安全管理。

Road transportation of refined oil is a part of dangerous goods transportation.With the development of road transportation in our country,the scope of road transportation of refined oil has also been greatly improved compared with the past.It has led to many accidents of explosion or rollover of oil vehicles at this stage.In order to reduce the possibility of accidents,the state has promulgated relevant regulations and strictly regulated certain operations.However,due to road and other problems,there are still loopholes in the safety management of road transportation of refined oil.Through expounding the accidents existing in the road transportation of refined oil,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the safety production management of the road transportation of refined oil,and thus discusses how to strengthen the safety management of the road transportation of refined oil.
