摘要
目的比较GPS超声定位联合微创经皮肾镜碎石取石术与常规超声定位下微创经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗中等大小肾下盏结石的治疗效果和安全性。方法选取我院2017年1月~2019年6月收治的117例单侧肾下盏结石患者,结石直径为10~20mm,分成GPS超声定位联合微创经皮肾镜碎石取石术组(GPS-mPCNL组,60例)与微创经皮肾镜碎石取石术组(mPCNL组,57例),比较两组的穿刺成功时间、手术时间、出血总量、I期结石清除率(术后3d)及术后6周结石总清除率等。结果GPS-mPCNL组与mPCNL组的穿刺成功时间、手术时间、出血总量、I期结石清除率、住院费用比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后并发症发生率、住院时间、术后6周结石总清除率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与常规超声定位微创经皮肾镜碎石取石术相比,GPS超声定位联合经皮肾镜碎石取石术更为…理想。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of GPS ultrasonic location combined with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy and minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of moderate-sized renal lower calyceal calculi.Methods From Jan 2017 to Jun 2019,117 patients in our hospital scheduled for surgery due to renal lower calyceal calculi with the greatest diameter of 10~20 mm were selected.The patients were divided into two groups,the group of GPS ultrasonic location combined with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(GPS-mPCNL group,60 cases)and the group of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(mPCNL group,57 cases).Compared the differences of two groups in the successful puncture time,operation time,total bleeding volume,phase I stone clearance rate and total stone clearance rate for 6 weeks etc.Results There were siginificantly differences in the successful puncture time,operation time,total bleeding volume,phase I stone clearance rate,hospitalization expenses between two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the complications,hospitalization time,total stone clearance rate of 6 weeks between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy,GPS ultrasonic location combined with percutaneous nephrolithotomy is a more ideal choice for the treatment of renal lower calyceal calculi.
