摘要 提出并设计了一种多重触发式炮口冲击波存储测试系统满足火炮连发射击多重触发测试及数据记录。根据存储需要将FLASH存储器的存储空间分为n段,每段又分为负延时循环存储区和正向数据存储区,系统触发后将冲击波数据按提前预设的地址存入相应的存储区域,针对负延时数据写入速率低且容易与正向数据混淆的问题设计了相应的负延时数据写入、读取方案,实现了负延时长度的可编程。经实弹测试验证,该设计能够稳定存储多次炮口冲击波数据并准确记录触发时间,可为火炮连发射击试验提供稳定、可靠的炮口冲击波测试数据。 A multi-trigger stored test system for muzzle shock wave was proposed and designed to meet the requirements of multiple trigger and data recording for continuous shootings of cannon.According to the storage demand,the storage area of FLASH memory was divided into n segments,and each segment was divided into negative delay cycle storage area and positive data storage area.After the system was triggered,the shock wave data was stored in the corresponding storage area at the preset address in advance.To solve the problem that the writing rate of the negative delay data is slow and the negative delay data is difficult to distinguish from the positive data,the corresponding writing and reading schemes of negative delay data were designed,and the programming of negative delay length was realized.The live ammunition results show that the system can stably store the muzzle shock wave data many times and accurately record the trigger time,which provides stable and reliable muzzle shock wave test data for continuous shootings of cannon.
