加快释放国内市场需求,扩大居民消费,合理增加公共消费,是中共中央针对疫情冲击,加快恢复生产,维护社会稳定,推动国家经济社会中长期持续健康发展做出的重要部署。面对全球经济几乎停摆的严峻形势和各类企业因停工停产带来的生产和就业压力,合理增加公共消费,对于完善收入分配制度,扩大国内需求,确保就业稳定,稳定生产生活,促进社会有序向上,避免经济大幅持续下行,都具有十分重要的意义。

Accelerating the release of domestic market demand,expanding household consumption and reasonably increasing public consumption are important arrangements of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to accelerate the production resumption,maintain social stability and promote the sustained and healthy development of the national economy and society in the medium and long-term in order to cope with the epidemic impact.Facing the characteristics of the COVID-19 such as rapid spread,easy infection and uncertainty,the severe situation of global economic halting and the production and employment pressure caused by work and production stop,reasonable increase of public consumption is of a great significance for improving the income distribution system,expanding domestic demand,ensuring employment stability,stabilizing production and life,promoting orderly and development of society and avoiding economic downward pressure.
