摘要
为解决评估指标存在模糊性与不确定性的问题,引入云模型评估方法。使用黄金分割法将语言评价值转化为云的3个数字特征,优化基于云模型的属性权重确定方法,并利用云运算规则将设计方案评价云与属性权重融合得出综合评价云;再根据兼顾形状和距离的正态云模型综合相似度大小,对多设计方案进行综合评估排序。结合算例,验证评估模型的适用性。结果表明:此评估方法对装备设计方案评估具有较好适应性,符合评估要求。研究成果对装备设计方案评估具有较好的适用性,为装备设计方案评估工作探索出新途径。
To deal with fuzziness and uncertainties of evaluation indexes,a cloud model evaluation approach was proposed.Evaluation values of language were converted into three numerical characteristics of cloud.The method for determining the attribute weights based on cloud model was optimized,and comprehensive evaluation cloud was obtained by combining the evaluation cloud of design scheme with attribute weights according to cloud computing rules.Multiple design schemes are under comprehensive evaluation based on the concept of comprehensive similarity of normal cloud model by addressing both shape and distance.The applicability of the evaluation was verified with an example.The result shows that the proposed approach has good adaptability to equipment design scheme evaluation,and the results are in accordance with the requirements.The findings of this paper have preferable adaptability to equipment design scheme evaluation and present a new way to it.
