天然气裂解制氢与水电解制氢合成氨工艺特性比较 被引量:5

摘要 我国近年来积极调整能源结构,随着可再生能源装机容量持续增长,弃电消纳的问题日益严重,基于电解工艺的清洁化工合成技术兼具化学储能和清洁生产双重角色因而逐渐引起重视,本文对水电解制氢合成氨的工艺路线进行讨论,综合比较天然气制氢合成氨和水电解制氢合成氨工艺路线在能耗、碳排放、弃电消纳、经济生产规模和投资条件等方面的技术经济特性。 With China’s active energy restructuring in recent years,and with the continued growth of the installed capacity of renewable energy,the problem of absorbing abandoned electricity is becoming increasingly serious.The electrolytic-process-based clean chemical synthesis technology,thanks to its double role in chemical energy storage and clean production,is drawing attention gradually.In this paper,ammonia synthesis by hydro-electrolysis-induced hydrogen production process is discussed,and comprehensive comparison of hydrogen production by natural gas cracking and by hydro-electrolysis in ammonia synthesis is conducted in terms of such technical and economic characteristics as the energy consumption,carbon emission,abandoned electricity absorption,economic production scale and investment conditions,etc.
