摘要
以堇青石蜂窝陶瓷为载体、贵金属铂钯为活性组分、改性γ-Al2O3和锐钛型TiO2为涂层,通过涂敷法制备得到了柴油车尾气用贵金属氧化催化剂。以NO、C3H6、CO等为入口气体,在固定床反应器中考察了不同Pd/Pt的柴油车尾气用贵金属氧化催化剂对HC、CO、NOx和CH4起活温度和转化率的影响,并测定了其催化氧化性能。
Using cordierite honeycomb ceramic as carrier,noble metal platinum and palladium as active components,modifiedγ-Al2O3and anatase TiO2 as coating,the noble metal oxidation catalyst for exhaust gas from diesel vehicles is prepared by coating method.Using NO,C3H6 and CO as the inlet gas,the effects of noble metal oxidation catalysts on the starting temperature and conversion rate of HC,CO,NO and CH4 in exhaust gas from diesel vehicles with different Pd/Pt is explored in a fixed bed reactor,and their catalytic oxidation performances are measured.
