贫困县老年人精神文化生活问题研究——以辽宁省彰武县Y村为例

Spiritual and Cultural Life of the Elderly in Poor Counties——Taking Y village,Zhangwu County,Liaoning Province as an Example

精准扶贫正在全国全面展开,目前的精准扶贫更加侧重于物质扶贫,“人无精神不立,国无精神不强”,精准扶贫既应该重视物质扶贫,也应该重视精神扶贫。精神不脱贫,物质也无法实现真正的独立。辽宁省老龄化十分严重,老年人问题突出,特别是贫困老年人生活质量不高,他们不仅在物质上,在精神上也是弱势群体,通过问卷调查和个案访谈,发现了农村老人精神文化缺失的现状,老年人精神文化缺失是农村社会治理效果不佳的一个突出表现,所以如何管理农村,如何解决此问题已经成为一件刻不容缓的事情,笔者基于此次调查提出了解决该问题的建议,可供参考。

Targeted poverty alleviation is being carried out all over the country.At present,targeted poverty alleviation is more focused on material poverty alleviation,“If a man has no spirit,he will not be success;if a country has no spirit,it will not be strong”.Targeted poverty alleviation should pay attention to both material poverty alleviation and spiritual poverty alleviation.If one’s spirit does not get rid of poverty,his material life can not get true independence.Aging is a very serious problem in Liaoning Province,and the problems of the elderly are prominent,especially the poor elderly people’s have poor quality of life.They are vulnerable groups not only materially,but also mentally.Through questionnaire surveys and case interviews,this paper finds out the current situation of the lack of spiritual culture of the elderly in rural areas.The lack of spiritual culture of the elderly is a prominent representation of poor social governance in rural areas.How to manage the countryside and how to solve this problem has become an urgent matter.Based on this investigation,the author puts forward some suggestions for reference.
