选拔飞行人员时前庭功能评定的改进方法

An improved method for evaluation of vestibular function in selection of pilots

目前,我军招收飞行人员时都采用科里奥利加速度耐力检查法对被检者的前庭功能进行评定,此方法会引起被检者明显的不适感,且有预测飞行人员空晕病发生率的准确性不高,不能检测出前庭功能敏感性低下以及不能精确分别评定前庭系统各部分的敏感性等缺点。建议在招飞体检中,根据实际需要,选择当前临床普遍应用的多种前庭功能检查方法,有助于对被检者前庭系统各部分在不同频率的功能状态下进行评定,提高招飞前庭功能检测的全面性和准确性。

At present,our army has been using the coriolis-acceleration endurance exam to assess the vestibular function when recruiting flight personnel.However,this method has some drawbacks,such as lacking accuracy in predicting the incidence of air sickness in flight personnel and causing obvious discomfort to the detected subjects.Besides,it can′t detect the low vestibular function sensitivity and accurately assess the sensitivity of each part of the vestibular system.It is suggested that in the case of a physical examination,various methods of vestibular function examinations that are universally applied in clinic can be used according to actual requirments.It contributes to the overall and accurate assessment of the function of vestibular system in every parts and different frequency,and to improve the full-scale and accuracy of the detection of vestibular function before recruiting flight personnel.
