摘要
脊椎动物大脑以往被认为没有经典淋巴引流系统,而近年的研究结果表明中枢神经系统(central nervous system,CNS)中存在功能性淋巴引流和脑膜淋巴管(meningeal lymphatics vessels,MLV)。MLV与经典淋巴管组织结构相似,并具有清除大脑代谢物、调控Glymphatic通路、参与免疫监视与免疫反应、影响流体及溶质出入脑内各区域等功能,同时参与多种神经系统疾病的发生与进展。本研究重点阐述MLV结构、功能以及相关疾病的研究进展。
The idea that the vertebrate brain lacks a classic lymphatic drainage system has been persisted for decades.Recent studies have shown that functional lymphatic drainage does exist in central nervous system(CNS)and meningeal lymphatic vessels(MLV)are found.The newly discovered meningeal lymphatics are structurally similar to classical lymphatic vessels and have functions such as wasting clearance,regulating brain-wide Glymphatic pathway,modulating immune surveillance and responsing of the brain,affecting fluids and soluting entering and exiting various regions of the brain,and participating in related nervous system diseases.In this paper,we have reviewed the structure and function of meningeal lymphatic vessels and related diseases.
