膜法在废气处理中的应用

简要介绍了含硫废气和有机废气的来源与危害。较详细地论述了中空纤维膜法、双极膜法处理含硫废气,中空纤维膜法主要是使用利用膜上的微孔将气、液两相分隔开来,并利用吸收剂吸收烟气中的硫;双极膜法主要利用电能为推动力去除硫。吸收膜法、选择性分离膜法、传质分离膜法处理有机废气,主要利用吸收剂吸收废气中的有机物、膜对气体的选择性分离、不同物质在膜中的传递速度不同而处理有机废气。

The sources and hazards of sulfur waste gas and organic waste gas were briefly introduced.The hollow fiber membrane method and bipolar membrane method are discussed in detail.The hollow fiber membrane method separates the gas and liquid phases by using micropores in the membrane,and to absorb the sulfur in the flue gas by using absorbent.The bipolar film method mainly uses electric energy as the driving force to remove sulfur.The absorption membrane method,selective separation membrane method and mass transfer separation membrane method are mainly used to treat organic waste gas,by absorbing the organic matter in the waste gas,selective separation of the gas by the membrane,and different transfer speed in the membrane.
