摘要
目的 该文通过对淮安市中老年人健身气功锻炼效果进行调查分析,探讨健身气功对淮安市中老年人身体形态的影响。方法 该文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和实验法进行研究。结果 经过6个月的健身气功锻炼,淮安市中老年人的身体形态相关指标得到有效改善。结论 健身气功可以改善中老年人身体形态,是中老年人有效健身的方法之一。
Objective Through the investigation and analysis of the effect of fitness Qigong exercise on the middle-aged and old people in Huai’an City,this paper discusses the influence of fitness Qigong on the body shape of the middle-aged and old people of Huai’an City.Methods Literature,questionnaire and experiment were used in this study.Results After six months of Qigong exercise,the body shape of the middle-aged and old people of Huai’an City has been effectively improved.Conclusion Health Qigong can improve the body shape of middle-aged and old people,and it is one of the effective methods for them to keep fit.
