良性前列腺增生症应用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的临床分析

Clinical analysis of transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的:探究经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的价值。方法:2015年2月-2019年2月收治良性前列腺增生患者402例,随机分为两组,各201例。常规组给予传统手术方式治疗,试验组给予经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于常规组,观察组术中出血量、手术时间及导尿管留置时间均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道前列腺电切术用于良性前列腺增生,可提升手术治疗效果,减少出血量,缩短手术时间,减少手术后导尿管留置时间。

Objective:To explore the value of transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:From February 2015 to February 2019,402 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 201 cases in each group.The conventional group was given traditional surgical treatment.The experimental group was given transurethral resection of the prostate.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than in the conventional group,the amount of blooding loss during surgery,the operation time and the catheter indwelling time were lower than in the observation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transurethral resection of prostate for benign prostatic hyperplasia can improve the effect of surgical treatment,reduce the amount of bleeding loss,shorten the operation time and reduce the indwelling time of catheter after operation.
