分析美托洛尔联合马来酸依那普利治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果

Analysis of the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with enalapril maleate in the treatment of chronic heart failure

目的:观察美托洛尔联合马来酸依那普利治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:2018年1月-2019年1月收治慢性心力衰竭患者36例,按不同治疗方法分为两组,各18例。对照组应用常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上应用美托洛尔联合依那普利治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后左心室射血分数和左心室舒张末期内径均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美托洛尔联合依那普利治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of metoprolol combined with enalapril maleate in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,36 patients with chronic heart failure were enrolled,they were divided into two groups,according to different treatment methods with 18 cases in each group.The control group took conventional treatment.The experimental group was treated with metoprolol combined with enalapril on the basis of conventional treatment.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction and the left ventricular end diastolic diameter of experimental group were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metoprolol combined with enalapril is effective in treating chronic heart failure.
