不同方式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝气的临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical efficacy of different ways of tension-free hernia repair for inguinal hernia

目的:研究不同方式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝气的临床疗效。方法:2017年12月-2019年3月收治腹股沟疝气患者60例,随机分给两组,各30例。A组实施充填式无张力疝修补术治疗;B组实施平片无张力疝修补术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:B组治疗总有效率显著高于A组,且B组各项手术指标水平及并发症发生率显著低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:平片无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝气的临床疗效优于充填式无张力疝修补术,且安全性更高。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of different ways of tension-free hernia repair for inguinal hernia.Methods:From December 2017 to March 2019,60 patients with inguinal hernia were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.Group A was treated with filling tension-free hernia repair.Group B was treated with plain film tension-free hernia repair.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in group B was significantly higher than group A,the levels of surgical indicators and the incidence of complications were significantly lower than group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of plain film tension-free hernia repair is better than filling tension-free hernia repair and its safety is higher.
