腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术治疗子宫肌瘤患者疗效及术后康复情况

Efficacy and postoperative rehabilitation of patients with hysteromyoma treated by laparoscopic myomectomy

目的:探讨腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术治疗子宫肌瘤患者疗效及术后康复情况。方法:2018年1月-2019年1月收治子宫肌瘤患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组行传统开腹子宫肌瘤剥除术治疗;研究组行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组临床疗效优于对照组,并发症发生率和复发率明显低于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,患者肛门排气时间与住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术与传统开腹手术相比具有手术简便、恢复快、效果好等优势,能有效提高治疗效果,缩短肛门排气时间与住院时间,降低并发症发生率和复发率。

Objective:To explore the effect and postoperative rehabilitation of laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of patients with hysteromyoma.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,80 cases of hysteromyoma were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional myomectomy.The study group received laparoscopic myomectomy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,the incidence and recurrence rate and complications were significantly lower than that of the control group,the amount of intraoperative hemorrhage was less than that of the control group,and the time of anal exhaust and hospitalization of patients were significantly shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional open surgery,laparoscopic myomectomy has the advantages of simple operation,fast recovery and good effect.It can effectively improve the treatment effect,shorten the time of anal exhaust and hospitalization,and reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence.
