肋骨骨折X线平片漏诊的原因分析

Analysis of the causes of missed diagnosis of X line plain film of rib fractures

目的:探讨肋骨骨折X线平片的漏诊原因。方法:2015年8月-2019年6月收治肋骨骨折患者241例,均行X线检查。回顾性分析患者临床资料、漏诊发生率和原因。结果:首次X线平片未检出肋骨骨折20例,骨折根数漏诊12例,共32例,漏诊率为13.28%。结论:在适当投照体位和条件下,通过严谨阅片和全面分析,可显著降低肋骨骨折X线平片漏诊率。

Objective:To discuss the causes of missed diagnosis of X-ray plain film of rib fractures.Methods:From August 2015 to June 2019,241 patients with rib fractures were enrolled,all of them were examined by X-ray.The clinical data,the incidence of missed diagnosis and causes were retrospectively analyzed.Results:20 cases of rib fractures were not detected by the first X-ray plain film,the fracture roots number missed diagnosis were 12 cases,with a total of 32 cases,the rate of missed diagnosis was13.28%.Conclusion:Under proper posting position and condition,the missed diagnosis rate of X-ray plain film of rib fractures can be significantly reduced by careful reading and comprehensive analysis.
