护理乳腺癌患者臂式TIVAP时应用优质护理的价值

The value of high quality nursing in nursing breast cancer patients with Arm TIVAP

目的:探究优质护理在护理乳腺癌患者臂式植入式静脉输液港(TIVAP)中的应用价值。方法:2018年5月-2019年5月收治乳腺癌患者22例,随机分为两组,各11例。对照组应用常规护理;观察组应用优质护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组,舒适度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将优质护理方法应用于乳腺癌患者臂式TIVAP时,降低了患者不良反应发生率,改善了患者身体状态,使患者更加舒适,展现了较高的临床护理价值。

Objective:To explore the value of high quality nursing in nursing breast cancer patients with Arm TIVAP.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2019,22 breast cancer patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 11 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care;the observation group was given quality care.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,the SF-36 score was higher than that in the control group,and the comfort degree was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:When the high quality nursing method is applied to the arm type tivap of breast cancer patients,it can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the patients’ physical condition,make the patients more comfortable and show a higher clinical nursing value.
