两种不同消毒方法对静脉输液患者消毒效果的影响

The influence of two different disinfection methods on the disinfection effect of intravenous infusion patients

目的:探讨两种不同消毒方法对静脉输液患者消毒效果的影响。方法:2017年2月-2018年10月收治静脉输液患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组患者采用传统消毒法,观察组给予立好消毒法,比较两组消毒效果。结果:观察组细菌杀灭合格率优于对照组,观察组护理人员平均消毒操作时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:立好消毒法对静脉输液患者消毒效果显著,大大缩短了护理人员消毒操作时间,提高工作效率。

Objective:To explore the influence of two different disinfection methods on the disinfection effect of intravenous infusion patients.Methods:From February 2017 to October 2018,120 patients with intravenous transfusion were seleccted,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional disinfection.The observation group wass given lihao disinfection method.The disinfection effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The qualified rate of bacteria killing in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the average disinfection operation time of nurses in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The disinfection effect of lihao disinfection method on patients with intravenous infusion is significant,which greatly shortens the time of disinfection operation of nursing staff and improves work efficiency.
