社区护理干预对冠心病合并高脂血症患者的影响

Effect of community nursing intervention on patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia

目的:探讨社区护理干预对冠心病合并高脂血症患者的影响。方法:2018年3月-2019年3月收治冠心病合并高脂血症患者76例,根据护理干预模式不同分为两组,各38例。对照组采取常规护理干预;研究组采取社区护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组护理后自我效能、服药依从性、生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病合并高脂血症患者采取社区护理干预,可有效提高患者自我效能、治疗依从性及生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of community nursing intervention on patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,76 patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia were selected.According to different nursing intervention modes,they were divided into two groups with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention;the study group was given community nursing intervention.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the study group,after treatment,self-efficacy,medication compliance and quality of life scores were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community nursing intervention on patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia can effectively improve the patients’ self-efficacy,treatment compliance and quality of life.
