流行性腮腺炎并发脑炎的护理及效果评估

Nursing and effect evaluation of mumps complicated with encephalitis

目的:探讨流行性腮腺炎并发脑炎患儿的护理方法及效果。方法:2017年3月-2019年3月收治流行性腮腺炎并发脑炎患儿52例,随机分为两组,各26例。对照组行常规护理;观察组采用综合护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组患儿发热、头痛症状缓解及住院时间短于对照组,观察组患儿及家长护理满意度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对流行性腮腺炎并发脑炎患儿开展综合护理服务效果显著。

Objective:To explore the nursing method and effect of mumps complicated with encephalitis.Methods:From March 2017 to March 2019,52 children with mumps and encephalitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 26 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group used comprehensive nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The relief time of fever and headache and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the nursing satisfaction of children and parents in observation group was better than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing service for mumps complicated with encephalitis is effective.
