综合性护理干预对老年湿疹患者症状改善及依从性的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on symptom improvement and compliance of elderly patients with eczema

目的:探讨综合性护理干预对老年湿疹患者症状改善及依从性的影响。方法:2018年11月-2019年4月收治老年湿疹患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组行常规护理;观察组进行综合性护理。比较两组症状改善及依从性情况。结果:观察组症状改善情况优于对照组,依从性优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年湿疹患者采取综合性护理干预,能够有效改善其症状,提升治疗依从性。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the improvement of symptoms and compliance of elderly patients with eczema.Methods:120 elderly patients with eczema were selected from November 2018 to April 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The symptom improvement and compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:The improvement of symptoms in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the compliance was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for elderly patients with eczema can effectively improve their symptoms and enhance the treatment compliance.
