术前访视在手术室护理工作中的重要性

The importance of preoperative visit in operating room nursing

目的:分析在手术室护理工作中术前访视的重要性。方法:2018年1月-2019年5月收治手术室患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。参照组给予常规护理;研究组在常规护理基础上做好术前访视。比较两组焦虑评分变化、满意度及护理质量。结果:研究组干预后焦虑评分、安全护理、专科操作、责任心、服务态度等评分及满意度均优于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术前访视在手术室护理工作中的作用显著,可有效消除患者焦虑心理,可提升其满意度和手术室护理质量。

Objective:To analyze the importance of preoperative visit in operating room nursing.Methods:From January 2018 to May 2019,100 patients in operating room were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The research group did a good job of preoperative visit on the basis of routine nursing.The changes of anxiety score,satisfaction and nursing quality were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the anxiety score,safety nursing,specialist operation,sense of responsibility,service attitude and satisfaction of the study group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative visit plays a significant role in the operation room nursing,which can effectively eliminate the anxiety of patients,improve their satisfaction and the quality of operation room nursing.
