加速康复外科在腹腔镜肝癌切除术围手术期康复护理的应用

Application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery on perioperative rehabilitation nursing of laparoscopic liver cancer resection

目的:探讨腹腔镜肝癌切除术围手术期康复护理中应用加速康复外科的效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年10月行腹腔镜肝癌切除术患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组在围手术期给予常规护理;观察组在围手术期给予加速康复外科护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者术后恢复情况及满意度均优于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在腹腔镜肝癌切除术围手术期康复护理中应用加速康复外科效果显著,可有效减少患者各种并发症,促进术后恢复,还可提升满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery on perioperative rehabilitation nursing of laparoscopic liver cancer resection.Methods:From January 2016 to October 2018,60 patients who underwent laparoscopic liver cancer resection were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing during the perioperative period.The observation group was given accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing during the perioperative period.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The patients in the observation group had better postoperative recovery and higher satisfaction than the control group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative rehabilitation nursing of laparoscopic liver cancer resection has remarkable effect,which can effectively reduce all kinds of complications,promote postoperative recovery and improve satisfaction of patients.
