老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者的临床护理体会

Clinical nursing experience of elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fracture

目的:总结老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者的临床护理体会。方法:2018年1月-2019年1月收治老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者72例,分为两组,各36例。对照组采用常规护理;观察组采用中医延续性护理。比较两组应用效果。结果:观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组、全髋骨密度高于对照组、康复效果优于对照组,观察组护理满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者采用中医延续性护理能够有效减轻疼痛,促进术后康复。

Objective:To summarize the clinical nursing experience of elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fracture.Methods:72 elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fracture were selcted from January 2018 to January 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 36 cases in each group.Routine nursing was used in the control group and continuous nursing of traditional Chinese medicine was used in the observation group.We compared the application effect of the two groups.Results:The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the total hip bone mineral density was higher than that of the control group,and the rehabilitation effect was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing of traditional Chinese medicine can relieve pain and promote postoperative recovery in elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fracture.
