奥曲肽治疗轻症急性胰腺炎的效果

Effect of octreotide on mild acute pancreatitis

目的:分析奥曲肽治疗轻症急性胰腺炎的效果。方法:2017年8月-2018年7月收治轻症急性胰腺炎患者54例,随机分为两组,各27例。试验组采用奥曲肽治疗,对照组采用乌司他丁治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组患者总有效率及治疗后MDA、SOD、WBC、AST、血糖、血钙、住院时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:轻症急性胰腺炎实施奥曲肽治疗,疗效显著。

Objective:To analyze the effect of octreotide in the treatment of mild acute pancreatitis.Methods:From August 2017 to July 2018,54 patients with mild acute pancreatitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 27 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with octreotide.The control group was treated with ulinastatin.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate,MDA,SOD,WBC,AST,blood glucose,blood calcium and hospitalization time of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of octreotide treatment in mild acute pancreatitis is definite.
