冠心病合并糖尿病介入治疗术后患者的综合临床疗效分析

Comprehensive clinical treatment analysis of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus after interventional therapy

目的:探究冠心病合并糖尿病介入治疗术后患者的综合临床疗效。方法:2016年2月-2019年2月收治接受冠状动脉支架植入手术的冠心病合并糖尿病患者150例,随机分为两组,各75例。试验组术后实施综合管理治疗,对照组术后实施常规治疗。比较两组治疗效果及生理指标改善情况。结果:试验组患者显效率和总有效率均高于对照组,FPG、TC、TG、HDL-C及LDL-C水平均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在冠心病合并糖尿病患者介入治疗术后实施综合管理治疗,可有效改善患者临床症状及血糖、血脂水平。

Objective:To explore the comprehensive clinical treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes after interventional therapy.Methods:From February 2016 to February 2019,150 patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes who underwent coronary stent implantation were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 75 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with comprehensive management after surgery.The control group received routine treatment after surgery.The therapeutic effect and physiological indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The significant and total effective rates of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the FPG,TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C levels of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive management treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus,and significantly improve the blood glucose and blood lipid levels.
