切开复位内固定和闭合复位内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效对比分析

Comparative analysis of the curative effect of open reduction and internal fixation and closed reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of femoral neck fracture

目的:探究切开复位内固定和闭合复位内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法:收治股骨颈骨折患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。切开复位组采用切开复位内固定结合带蒂骨瓣移植治疗,闭合复位组采用闭合复位内固定治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:闭合复位内固定对新鲜股骨颈骨折治疗效果较好,而对于陈旧性股骨颈骨折经复位后效果不满意,可以选择切开复位内固定结合带蒂骨瓣移植治疗。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of open reduction and internal fixation and closed reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of femoral neck fracture.Methods:60 patients with femoral neck fractures were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The open reduction group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation.The closed reduction group was treated with closed reduction and internal fixation combined with pedicled bone flap transplantation.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Closed reduction and internal fixation are effective in the treatment of fresh femoral neck fracture.But for the old femoral neck fracture,it is not satisfied after reduction,open reduction and internal fixation combined with pedicled bone flap transplantation can be selected.
