湿润烧伤膏与红外线照射治疗外伤感染性伤口的临床效果观察

Observation on the clinical effect of moist burn cream and infrared radiation in the treatment of traumatic infectious wound

目的:观察湿润烧伤膏与红外线照射治疗外伤感染性伤口的临床效果。方法:2018年6月-2019年4月收治外伤感染性伤口患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。A组采用湿润烧伤膏涂抹治疗,B组采用湿润烧伤膏联合红外线照射治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:B组患者伤口愈合时间短于A组,伤口痊愈率及满意度均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:湿润烧伤膏联合红外线照射治疗外伤感染性伤口,效果显著,可加速伤口愈合。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of moist burn cream and infrared radiation in the treatment of traumatic infectious wound.Methods:From June 2018 to April 2019,60 patients with traumatic infectious wound were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.A group smeared with moist burn cream.B group was treated with moist burn cream combined with infrared irradiation.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The wound healing time of B group was shorter than A group,the wound healing rate and satisfaction of patients in B group were higher than A group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moist burn cream combined with infrared irradiation is effective in treating traumatic infection wounds and it can accelerate wounds healing.
