便秘验案二则

便秘是一种临床常见病和慢性病。近年来,国内外逐渐出现便秘的相关流行病学、发病机制、临床诊治等报道,女性患病率高于男性,已经成为影响现代人生活质量的重要因素之一。因便秘的患病人群不同,其治疗方法也不尽相同,老年人以阴阳两虚为主,妇人产后以气阴两虚为主,文章总结二则临床便秘医案,具体论述因人而异,以辨证论治便秘患者。

Constipation is a common and chronic disease.In recent years,relevant epidemiological,pathogenesis,clinical diagnosis and treatment reports have gradually appeared at home and abroad.The prevalence rate of women is higher than men,which has become one of the important factors affecting the quality of life of modern people.Due to different populations,the treatment methods are different,the elderly people are mainly yin and yang deficiency,the woman are mainly deficiency of qi and yin after giving birth.This article summarizes two clinical cases of constipation,specifically discussing the differences between people,dialectically treating patients with constipation.
