老年重症肺炎的床旁超声影像特点及临床价值分析

Analysis of image features and clinical value of bedside ultrasound in elderly patients with severe pneumonia

目的:研究老年重症肺炎的床旁超声影像特点和临床应用价值。方法:2018年6月-2019年6月收治老年重症肺炎患者80例,按不同影像学特征分为两组。两组均给予胸部CT和床旁超声检查,比较两组实变情况、胸膜下和胸膜肋间病灶数量、积液情况。结果:试验组实变率高于对照组,胸膜下和胸膜肋间病灶数量、胸腔积液率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于老年重症肺炎患者应用床旁超声检查,优点显著,有利于患者更加清晰认识病情,能对是否存在实变量或非真实变量进行判断,在临床上具有较高应用价值。

Objective:To study the image features and clinical value of bedside ultrasound imaging in elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,80 elderly patients with severe pneumonia were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different imaging characteristics.CT imaging features of the chest in the control group included patchy,stripe and ground glass-like images.Chest CT imaging results of experimental group were dense shadow in lung.Lung consolidation,number of subpleural and pleural intercostal lesions and effusion status between the two groups were compared.Results:The consolidation rate of experimental group was higher than control group,the number of subpleural lesions,pleural intercostal lesions and pleural effusion rate in the experimental group were lower than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the elderly patients with severe pneumonia,the advantages of bedside ultrasound imaging are significant,which is helpful for the patients to understand the condition more clearly,to judge whether there are consolidation or non-consolidation and it has high clinical application value.
