C反应蛋白和白细胞记数联合检测在儿科中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the application value of combined test of C reactive protein and white blood cell count in routine blood test in pediatrics department

目的:探讨C反应蛋白和白细胞记数联合检测在儿科中的应用价值。方法:2017年6月-2019年6月收治儿科患者100例作为观察组,选择同期健康体检者50例作为对照组。两组均进行C反应蛋白和血常规检测,比较两组检验结果。结果:观察组C反应蛋白水平及白细胞计数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病毒感染患儿C反应蛋白水平及白细胞计数均显著低于细菌感染患儿,且C反应蛋白、白细胞计数阳性率均相对较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C反应蛋白、白细胞计数联合检测阳性率显著高于单一指标检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:C反应蛋白和白细胞记数联合检测在儿科中的应用价值较高,可初步排查感染情况,有利于改善患儿治疗效果。

Objective:To study on the application value of combined test of C reactive protein and white blood cell count in routine blood test in pediatrics department.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2019,100 pediatric patients were selected as observation group and 50 healthy children were selected at the same period as control group.Both groups were tested for C reactive protein and blood routine and the results were compared.Results:The C reactive protein levels and white blood cell count in the observation group were higher than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of C-reactive protein and white blood cell count in children with viral infection were significantly lower than with bacterial infection,and the positive rate of C reactive protein and white blood cell count were relatively low,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of the combined test of C-reactive protein and white blood cell count was significantly higher than the single index test,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined test of C reactive protein and white blood cell count in blood routine test is of high value in pediatrics department.It can preliminary check the infection situation and improve the treatment effect of children.
