Expression and significance of Maspin,Bcl-2 and Bax in ovarian epithelial tumors

目的:探究Maspin、Bax、Bcl-2在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达及意义。方法:2017年5月-2018年5月收治卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者80例,按疾病程度分为早期组与晚期组,各40例。两组均以免疫组化方法对Bcl-2、Bax、Maspin的表达进行测定。分析Bcl-2、Bax、Maspin表达和临床病理特征的关系,并探讨Maspin对肿瘤发展与细胞凋亡产生的影响。结果:早期组Maspin表达高于晚期组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Bcl-2、Bax呈高表达,两组Bax表达有明显不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组Bcl-2表达较为接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。此外,上皮性卵巢癌患者Maspin表达与Bax表达有正相关联系。结论:为卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者进行Maspin与Bax的联合检测可以提高临床诊断率。

Objective:To explore the expression and significance of Maspin、Bax、Bcl-2 in ovarian epithelial tumors.Methods:From May 2017 to May 2018,80 patients with ovarian epithelial tumor were enrolled,according to the condition of disease,they were divided into early group and late group with 40 cases in each group.Bcl-2,Bax,Maspin's expression were determined by immunohistochemistry in both groups.To analyze the relationship between expression of Bcl-2、Bax、Maspin and clinicopathological features,and to explore the effect of Maspin on tumor development and apoptosis.Results:Maspin's expression in early group was higher than in late group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Bcl-2 and Bax's expression were high,and Bax's expression was significantly different between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Bcl-2's expression was similar in the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Moreover,there was a positive association between Maspin's expression and Bax's expression in epithelial ovarian cancer patients.Conclusion:The combined detection of Maspin's expression and Bax's expression in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer can improve the clinical diagnosis rate.
