有创颅内压监测在脑外伤患者术后的临床应用及护理价值评价

Clinical application and nursing evaluation of invasive intracranial pressure monitoring in patients with brain injury after operation

目的:评价有创颅内压监测在脑外伤患者术后的临床应用及护理价值。方法:2017年7月-2018年7月收治脑外伤患者88例,随机分为两组,各44例。参照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上采用有创颅内压监测护理干预。比较两组患者住院时间及临床护理疗效。结果:干预组住院时间明显短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组临床护理总有效率明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:有创颅内压监测在脑外伤患者术后的临床应用及护理价值显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical application and nursing evaluation of invasive intracranial pressure monitoring in patients with brain injury after operation.Methods:From July 2017 to July 2018,88 patients with brain injury were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 44 cases in each.The reference group was given routine care.The intervention group was given invasive intracranial pressure monitoring nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.We compared the length of stay and the total effective rate of clinical nursing between the two groups.Results:The length of stay in the intervention group was significantly shorter than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical nursing in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application and nursing evaluation of invasive intracranial pressure monitoring in patients with brain injury after operation is significant.
