血液透析导管相关性血流感染患者集束化护理的预防效果分析

Analysis of the preventive effect of cluster nursing for patients with hemodialysis catheter-associated blood flow infection

目的:研究集束化护理预防血液透析导管相关性血流感染的效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年4月接受血液透析的患者108例,随机分为两组,各54例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组应用集束化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理后日常生活能力评分和护理满意度均优于对照组,且血流感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对血液透析患者采用集束化护理,可有效减少血流感染的发生,具有显著效果。

Objective:To study the effect of cluster nursing for prevention of hemodialysis catheter-associated blood flow infection.Methods:From January 2018 to April 2019,108 patients who received hemodialysis were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups with 54 cases in each group.Conventional nursing was used in the control group and cluster nursing was used in the observation group.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The scores of daily life ability and nursing satisfaction in observation group were better than control group,the incidence of blood flow infection in the observation group was lower than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The cluster nursing for hemodialysis patients can effectively reduce the occurrence of blood flow infection and has remarkable effect.
