早期综合护理对胃癌患者术后恢复和心理状态的影响

Effect of early comprehensive nursing on postoperative recovery and psychological state of gastric cancer patients

目的:探讨早期综合护理对胃癌患者术后恢复及心理状态的影响。方法:2017年3月-2019年5月收治胃癌患者64例,随机分为两组,各32例。参照组给予基础护理方案,试验组给予基础护理方案+早期综合护理方案。比较两组患者心理状态及术后恢复情况。结果:试验组护理后心理状态评分显著低于参照组,术后进食时间、排气时间及肠鸣音恢复时间均显著短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌患者于临床接受早期综合护理干预后,可改善心理状态,提升术后恢复效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of early comprehensive nursing on postoperative recovery and psychological state of gastric cancer patients.Methods:From March 2017 to May 2019,64 cases of gastric cancer were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each group.The reference group was given basic nursing program and the experimental group was given basic nursing combined with early comprehensive nursing program.Psychological state and postoperative recovery between the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of psychological state in the experimental group was significantly lower than in the reference group after nursing,the eating time,the exhaust time and the recovery time of bowel sounds of the experimental group were significantly shorter than the reference group after surgery,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After receiving early comprehensive nursing intervention,gastric cancer patients can improve psychological state and postoperative recovery.
