个体化护理对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者临床效果及依从性分析

Analysis of clinical effect and compliance of individualized nursing on hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy

目的:分析个体化护理对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者的效果。方法:选取2014年7月-2019年7月收治行血液透析的糖尿病肾病患者260例,随机分为两组,各130例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予个体化护理。比较两组治疗依从性及肾功能情况。结果:观察组患者治疗依从性、血肌酐、尿素氮及尿蛋白定量等指标水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对血液透析的糖尿病肾病患者给予个体化护理,能够显著提升治疗依从性,并改善患者肾功能。

Objective:To analyze the effect of individualized nursing on hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:From July 2014 to July 2019,260 cases of diabetic nephropathy underwent dialysis were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups with 130 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing.The observation group was given individualized nursing.The treatment compliance and renal function between the two groups were compared.Results:The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and urine protein quantification in the observation group were higher than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The individualized nursing for hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy can improve the treatment compliance and improve the renal function of patients.
