双组分钛系液体表调剂稳定性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决双组分钛系液体表调剂中A剂低于6℃时易结晶的问题,探讨了配位剂、稳定剂和碱性无机物对A剂结晶和表调能力的影响。结果表明:配位剂和稳定剂不能有效防止A剂结晶,而2.11%(质量分数)的碱性无机物能有效防止A剂结晶,放置180 d后表调剂的表调能力保持不变。 To solve the crystallization of the component A of a two-component titanium-based liquid surface conditioner usually occurred blow 6℃,the effects of complexing agent,stabilizer,and alkaline inorganic compound on crystallization of the component A and performance of the surface conditioner were studied.The results showed that complexing agent and stabilizer could not prevent the crystallization of component A effectively,while 2.11wt.%of alkaline inorganic compound could.After 180 days,the surface conditioning ability of the surface conditioner remained unchanged.
