基于正交试验的人工喷粉露青的质量改进

摘要 为了解决人工喷粉中的露青问题,找出影响露青的3种主要因素──喷粉次数、走枪速率和喷涂距离,采用正交试验法进行极差分析和方差分析。结果表明,喷粉次数有高度显著影响,走枪速率有显著影响,而当前的喷涂距离无显著影响。各参数的最优组合为:当转动链的转速为800 r/s和1000 r/s时,走枪速率分别为0.33 m/s和0.35 m/s、喷涂次数均为3、喷涂距离为0.14~0.21 m。优化工艺后,露青不良率由原来的6.74%降为2.48%,喷粉间每天的平均产能提高了12%。 To solve the problem of insufficient thickness in manual powder coating,three main related factors i.e.spraying times,gun moving speed,and spraying distance were found out and optimized through orthogonal test based on range analysis and variance analysis.The results showed that the spraying times had a highly significant impact,and the gun moving speed had a significant impact,while current spraying distances had no significant impact.The optimal combination of parameters was determined as follows:gun moving speed 0.33 m/s for a chain rotation rate of 800 r/s and 0.35 m/s for 1000 r/s,3 times spraying,and spraying distance from 0.14 m to 0.21 m.The proportion of insufficient thickness defects was reduced from the original 6.74%to 2.48%after optimization,and the daily average production capacity of the powder coating room was increased by 12%.
