摘要
法律人即法律上的人或者人格。法律是人的社会现象,其对象是人。法律人是以人为对象的人格设计,是自然之人的人格化,在民事主体上称为自然人。法律人作为自然之人的人格化,以人为目的,具有人的规定性,是基于人性的本体秩序而超越自然之人的一般人格。法律人反映人的社会性与理性,是人性的社会性与理性的本质与条件并最终需要回归于人性的自然性。
Juridical personality is a person or personality in law.Law is a social phenomenon of man,with its object being man.Juridical personality is the design of personality taking man as object.It is the personification of natural man and is called natural person in civil subject.Juridical personality,as the personification of natural man,has a man-oriented purpose and has the prescriptiveness of man.It is the general personality that is based on the ontological order of humanity yet transcends natural man.Juridical personality reflects the sociality and rationality of man.It is the essence and condition of the sociality and rationality of humanity which will ultimately return to the naturalness of humanity.
