摘要
为了稳定降低高硅铁水的硅含量,鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂在铁水预处理工序应用切割渣进行脱硅后,硅含量平均值稳定降低了0.23%;转炉冶炼过程中喷溅现象明显减少;降低了转炉冶炼铁损和熔剂成本,综合效益达到7.18元/t钢。
In order to stably reduce the content of silicon in hot metal with high silicon,the slag resulted in cutting was added into hot metal for desiliconization during pretreatment of hot metal in General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd..The desiliconization results demonstrated that the average value of silicon content was stably reduced by 0.23%and splashing phenomena occurred in steelmaking by converter were obviously reduced,the cost for both iron loss by converter and flux in steelmaking were reduced.And thus the comprehensive benefits were achieved by 7.18 yuan RMB per tone steel.
